Delivery

Delivery is free.

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the countries of the European Union.

When your order is dispatched we email you its tracking details.

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, tell us through our contact form and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Import charges

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be charged import taxes, duties or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do so, tell us through our contact form with your order reference (it is on your receipt). You can use the wording at the end of this page, but you do not have to.

Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Tell us before you post it and we will reply with the address to send it to. You pay the cost of sending it back.

We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it if that is sooner. The refund goes to the card or account you paid with.

Please return the item in the condition you received it. You may handle it as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.

Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons, such as cosmetics, cannot be returned for a change of mind once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

This does not affect your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us through our contact form within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund you in full, including any return postage. We may ask you for a photo.

After 30 days you are still entitled to a repair or a replacement, or a refund if neither is possible, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
